About Noor Rhijnsburger

Formula 1 taught me that the steadiness in us isn’t the absence of pressure, it’s how we choose to handle that pressure. What separates the best isn’t intelligence or speed, but steady consistent performance under load.

In commercial leadership at Gartner I learned this is a skill we can develop and teach. Technical excellence earns respect. But composure, presence, and emotional regulation earn followership.

This led me to write the book Magnetic, combining lived experience in high-performance environments with psychological frameworks from leadership research. The focus: helping already capable professionals and leaders expand their influence while staying true to who they are.
